CHEM 343 - Advanced Inorganic Chemistry

Topics include an introduction to group theory with applications to structure and bonding in inorganic compounds and to the electronic spectra of coordination complexes; structures and properties of solid compounds; principles of characterization and imaging of inorganic materials.  Prerequisites:  C- or better in CHEM 213 and CHEM 339.
