ATHL 125 - Women’s Advanced Cross Training

First Semester. Second Module.  Advanced cross training consists of progressively more intense cardio and strength workouts. Students will learn how to apply principles of exercise physiology to specific training methods, and how cross training can enhance cardio vascular and muscular endurance levels and help prevent overuse injuries. 

 

Prerequisites & Notes
Pre-requisite: women’s cross training beginners, fitness for life class, or permission from instructor.

Note: CR/NE or P/NP grading.
