BIOL 031 - Health Careers Practicum

First and second semesters.  This class provides an opportunity for engaged learning relevant to medical, dental, and veterinary careers. Students will volunteer at a local medical facility, social service agency or with a community outreach group.   Readings and weekly discussions will explore in depth student-selected topics relevant to their volunteer experiences.

Notes:  CR/NE or P/NP grading.  May be repeated for credit.  Consent of instructor required.  Enrollment limit: 10
