Second Semester. Continuation of Beginning Arabic I. Acquisition of more complex grammatical structures, expanding vocabulary and communicative competence in Modern Standard Arabic.

Prerequisite: the approximate equivalent of a semester’s worth of experience or study of Arabic is necessary. Instructor will validate placement on the first day of class. For information, contact the Department of French and Italian. Enrollment limit: 22.
