PSYC 108 - Psychobiologial Perspective of the ArtsSemester Offered: First and Second Semester Credits (Range): 3 Hours Attribute: QP-H, 3 SS This course examines fundamental biological and psychological processes involved in the experience and creation of art. It adopts the perspective of the natural sciences to address questions such as: What are the biological and behavioral prerequisites for art? How and why did they evolve? How are sensory, perceptual, and cognitive systems organized to acquire and process information about the environment?
