RELG 249 - Issues in Medical EthicsSemester Offered: Second Semester Credits (Range): 3 Hours Attribute: 3 HU This course offers an analysis of selected issues in medical ethics and the methods of ethical reasoning used to study these issues, focusing on attendant religious, moral, and legal questions. Topics to be addressed include such issues as death and dying, medical research and human experimentation, privacy and informed consent, public health, genetic engineering and the allocation of scarce resources.
