ATHL 124 - Women’s FitnessSemester Offered: First Semester, First and Second Module Credits (Range): 0.5 Hours Attribute: 0.5 EX This class is an introductory general fitness class for women. Students will be taught a variety of different methods of cardio and strength training in a different setting each week. Principles and benefits of cross training will be addressed through participation in a wide variety of activities in the gym, outside, in the pool and on the climbing wall. Enrollment Limit: 30.
