DANC 295 - Dance Conditioning

This course focuses on creating optimal physical conditioning for the intermediate and advanced dancer. Among other modalities, resistance training using Pilates-based exercises and physioball training will be explored. Focus will be on correcting inefficient alignment, balancing muscle usage, and improving range of motion.  Consent of instructor required.   Enrollment Limit: 12.
