Remote Sensing has become a part of everyday life, from weather forecasts to military surveillance. The advent of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles has opened a completely new dimension to the use of RS technologies, taking sensors much closer to their targets. This course will review different RS and image processing technologies and look at their use in geology, archeology, emergency management, surveillance, agriculture, and other earth and planetary sciences.
