FYSP 197 - Cats, Cattle, and Corn: On the Origin of Domesticated SpeciesSemester Offered: First Semester Full Course Credits: 4 credits Attribute: 4NS, WINT Have you ever wondered how agriculture arose? Or why dogs bark but wolves don't? This course will cover the evolution of domesticated species, from cattle and corn to dogs and cats. We will discuss the process of domestication and how it has influenced the evolution and spread of humans across the planet.
