TECH 303H - TIMARA Apprenticeship

TECH 303 provides an opportunity for students to apprentice with a TIMARA faculty member.  Students will work in conjunction with the teacher on the creation of original faculty work.  Specific activity will vary depending on the nature of the project, but may included: research into new technologies, high-definition field recording, audio editing and mixing, video production, music engraving, software programming, and hardware development and construction.  Activities will happen with careful supervision and critical reflection with the teacher throughout the semester.  In this way, students will have the rare opportunity to enter into many stages of the creative process with a member of the TIMARA faculty.
