An in-depth examination of a wide range of topics of contemporary interest. We will examine such topics as abortion, euthanasia and assisted suicide, drug laws, drunk driving restrictions, medical paternalism, cloning, eugenics, war and deterrence, civil liberties, punishment, business ethics, lying, prostitution and other subjects. The few topics that overlap will be covered in more depth and with more literature than in PHIL 105. (V) Enrollment Limit: 30.
