ATHL 161 - Boot Camp Semester Offered: First Semester, First Module, Second Module Credits (Range): 0.5 hour Attribute: 0.5EX Boot Camp is an exciting and motivating way to snap into a fitness routine. In this class we will use body weight, free weights, platforms, jump ropes and medicine balls. Every class will be fast paced and the exercises generally are different every class.
