ATHL 161 - Boot Camp

Boot Camp is an exciting and motivating way to snap into a fitness routine. In this class we will use body weight, free weights, platforms, jump ropes and medicine balls. Every class will be fast paced and the exercises generally are different every class. This is a great way to dive in to your fitness goals with a energetic, supportive and highly motivated instructor.
