This skill-building course provides students with policy design and management tools for projects in unstable and/or developing countries such as Georgia, Guatemala, Haiti, Mali, South Africa, and others. Student teams will develop humanitarian project plans within international organization mandates and perspectives, from situation and problem analysis to establishing priorities and devising management strategies within budgetary limits. Enrollment Limit: 15 Instructor: P. Zahnd Prerequisites & Notes 200-level international and/or comparative politics courses, relevant Economics, Anthropology, Sociology and/or History courses.
