Environmental activists constantly try to persuade the public to change its behavior. How do you pick the best message? How do you know if it worked? Students in this course will learn to design strategic messages that affect audiences’ attitudes and behaviors. We will use systematic research, planning, and evaluation to create a campaign focused on improving environmental stewardship on the Oberlin campus.
