CMPL 351 - Advanced Translation Workshop

This course focuses on literary translation at the advanced level in all genres–poetry, fiction, non-fiction, drama and cross-genre work. Students must complete CRWR/CMPL 350 to enroll in this course. In this course students continue their study of the practice of translation by focusing on a body of work by a single author. While the course focuses on workshop of student translations there will be some reading of craft essays by translators on their process.
