ATHL 104 - Men’s Lacrosse Offensive Scoring


Semester Offered: First Semester, Second Module

In this course, we will study effective offensive lacrosse scoring methods through training efficient mechanics & shot execution. Our studies will focus on balance, footwork & explosive movement. We will identify shooting process & experiment with training methods to improve these abilities. The course will consist of both field work & film technique breakdown.
