Do you want to increase your energy levels, get fit, and become a better runner? If you want to be in better shape and are more likely to run in a group setting, this is the class for you. We will do a different run every class ranging from longer runs with sprint intervals to shorter sprints workouts. All levels will benefit from this class because you can go at your own pace.
