ATHL 126B - Strength Training I Semester Offered: Second Semester, Second Module Credits: 0.5 credits Attribute: CC, 0.5EX
This class is an introductory resistance training class, emphasizing basic principles of strength training, proper body alignment, and health benefits. Students will learn how to safely exercise using Hammer Strength and Cybex equipment, free weights, plyometrics and core strength training on a mat and a stability ball.
