Oberlin’s Music Leadership Career Community is designed to equip students with the skills and training to become future leaders in the music industry. Students will explore arts leadership topics spanning multiple professions in the field while building their own professional portfolio. Members of the Music Leadership Community will have the opportunity to engage directly with professionals in the industry both in the classroom through visiting lectures and workshops, as well as first-hand experience outside the classroom through paid summer internships.
