BIOL 301 - Developmental Biology FC NSMA QFR 4 credits A survey of the developmental processes at the molecular, cellular and organismal levels in vertebrate and invertebrate animals, and also certain plants and protists. Lectures and discussion will explore cell differentiation, pattern formation, and morphogenesis in embryos, presented with an emphasis on evolution.
