ATHL 119 - Vinyasa YogaMode(s) of Instruction: In-person CC 0.5 credit A yoga-inspired movement class with an emphasis on breath, Vinyasa will awaken, invigorate, strengthen and stretch the body and calm the mind. Appropriate for students of all levels, this playful class will challenge cardiovascular, core, and mental fitness.
