CINE 272 - American Cinema: The Possibilities of Art in the Entertainment Business 4 HU, WR
Second Semester. This course deals with how the art of American cinema is shaped by demands of business and technology. We will also explore how filmmakers used strong genres and stars, focusing on two eras of American cinema, 1939-42 and 1966-73. Identical to ENGL 272.
