ATHL 203 - Swim Conditioning 0.5 EX
First Semester, First and Second Module. Second Semester, Second Module. Those who feel comfortable in the water can swim both front and back crawl and want to improve efficiency of stroke while building endurance should choose this class. Workouts are written with individuals in mind.
Prerequisites & Notes Notes: CR/NE or P/NP grading. Must be able to swim to enroll.
Enrollment Limit: 40.
