ATHL 127 - Running Conditioning .5 EX
Second Module. A modular course designed for the beginning to the advancer runner in which students will learn proper running form, stretching techniques, injury prevention and workout routines and routes in and around Oberlin. The goal of the course is to improve general fitness.
