This hands-on course explores different movement modalities, using movement and analysis to gain a better understanding of our physical potential, while increasing our awareness of each person’s unique muscular usage in combination with his/her thinking patterns. No previous dance experience is necessary, only an honest desire to explore movement and a commitment to health and wellness in your own life. Identical to Dance 105.
