This course will examine several areas of current research activity in organic chemistry. The course readings will include recent literature. Topics will center on physical organic chemistry and will include reactive intermediates, molecular recognition and supramolecular chemistry, organometallic chemistry, and photochemistry. Classes will include lecture and discussion/student presentation. Instructor: M. Nee Prerequisites & Notes Prerequisite: C- or better in CHEM 325, CHEM 339 or consent of instructor.
