ATHL 125 - Women’s Advanced Cross Training Semester Offered: First Semester, Second Module Credits (Range): 0.5 Hours Attribute: 0.5 EX
Advanced cross training consists of progressively more intense cardio and strength workouts. Students will learn how to apply principles of exercise physiology to specific training methods, and how cross training can enhance cardio vascular and muscular endurance levels and help prevent overuse injuries. Enrollment Limit: 30.
Instructor: A. Davis Prerequisites & Notes Pre-requisite: Women’s cross training beginners, fitness for life class, or permission from instructor.
