ARTS 070 - Problems in: Painting, Narrative and the Contemporary Figure

This course is canceled effective 10.02.07.

Students must have completed one course in drawing and painting, and have had some experience working with oil paint and from a live model before this course. You will work from live models and from your imaginations. We will look at the way the human figure is used by a number of contemporary artists and study the form and content that drive contemporary figure painting. Consent of instructor required. Enrollment Limit: 14.
