A course designed to provide practical experience in audience analysis, organization and dissemination of information, evidence gathering, critical listening, and speech delivery. The underlying philosophy of this course is that speech is a primary vehicle for self-presentation and social interchange in which speech skills are central to personal and social effectiveness.
