This course focuses on the relationship of mind and body in affecting physical change to re-educate and align the body. Students will explore functional anatomy through readings and movement sessions as well as analyzing personal alignment and movement patterns. A body-based language describing and analyzing movement, anatomy, and imagery is used in the movement sessions. Readings are assigned. Consent of the instrutor required. Enrollment Limit: 15. Prerequisite: DANC 100 or DANC 113.
