DANC 250 - Dance History: Dance in the 20th Century

This course investigates the role of dance in 20th century America. We will explore the way a variety of social and theatrical dances, both shaped and were shaped by discourses of feminism, nationalism, African American cultural identity, and modernism. Enrollment Limit: 25.
