This class combines aerobic and anaerobic exercises with resistance training into a high energy, total body workout. Students will work on the seven components of health-related fitness: aerobic/anaerobic, body composition, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and stress management and nutrition. By the end of the class students will be able to develop their own workouts and a healthy diet and understand what it means to be fit for life. Enrollment Limit: 30. Instructor: J. Hudson
