The course aims to address different sources of violence and conflict, as well as ways to reduce conflict and promote social justice and peace. Although the psychological literature will be highlighted, historical, environmental, sociological, religious, and cultural factors will also be considered. This interdisciplinary course, then, will examine the psychology of war and peace from a variety of different perspectives. Enrollment Limit: 14. Instructor: S. Mayer
