AAST 192 - West African Dance Forms in the Diaspora III Next Offered: 2011-2012 Semester Offered: First Semester Credits (Range): 2 hours Attribute: 2HU, CD This course will expand the dance movements, forms and techniques from the 190 and 191 classes. Extensive dance performance in rituals of Haiti will be examined. The student will explore the dance and rhythms of the RADA and Petro traditions within Haiti, including costumes and music.
