ATHL 100 - Fitness For Life

This class has daily lecture and activity components and combines aerobic and anaerobic exercises with resistance training into a high energy, total body workout. By the end of the class students will be able to develop their own work out plans and a healthy diet and understand what it means to be fit for life.
