ATHL 100 - Fitness For Life Semester Offered: First Semester, Second Semester Credits (Range): 1 hour Attribute: 1EX This class has daily lecture and activity components and combines aerobic and anaerobic exercises with resistance training into a high energy, total body workout. By the end of the class students will be able to develop their own work out plans and a healthy diet and understand what it means to be fit for life. Enrollment Limit: 30 Instructor: J.
