ATHL 126 - Strength Training I Semester Offered: First Semester, First Module, Second Semester, First Module Credits (Range): 0.5 hours Attribute: 0.5EX This class is an introductory resistance training class, emphasizing basic principles of strength training, proper body alignment, and health benefitsStudents will learn how to safely exercise using Hammer Strength and Cybex equipment, free weights, plyometrics and core strength training on a mat and a stability ball.
