ATHL 138 - Power Hour

This class will combine various modes of movement (yoga, Pilates, plyometrics, cardio, etc.) to offer a challenging workout for all. Challenge your muscles in a variety of ways and increase balance, stability, agility, core strength, flexibility and endurance.
