ATHL 319 - Cardio Cross Training Semester Offered: First Semester, Second Module, Second Semester, First Module Credits (Range): 0.5 hours Attribute: 0.5EX Students will learn principles and benefits of cross training for enhancement of cardiovascular and muscular endurance levels and help prevent overuse injuries.
