ATHL 319 - Cardio Cross Training

Students will learn principles and benefits of cross training for enhancement of cardiovascular and muscular endurance levels and help prevent overuse injuries. A variety of activities may take place on the cardio equipment, in the gym, outside and/or in the pool.
