CSCI 342 - Computer Networks Next Offered: 2011-2012 Semester Offered: Second Semester Credits (Range): 3 hours Attribute: 3NS, QP-F Networks are a central part of any modern computing system. This course will first consider the design of contemporary local and wide-area networks in terms of their abstract layers (i.e. the TCP/IP and OSI reference models) and then focus on actual implementations of those layers.
