An examination of “Waiting for Godot,” “Endgame,” “Happy Days,” and “Krapp’s Last Tape” (with a selection of his later short plays and stories) in the contexts of Beckett’s revolutionary approach to the theater as the scene of existential tragicomedy. Added to another module course, this counts toward the 200-level course requirement as well as Diversity, Post-1900.
