HIST 324 - Food and Drink in World History Semester Offered: Second Semester Credits (Range): 4 hours Attribute: 4SS, CD This seminar explores the role of food and drink in world history from ancient times to the present day. We will examine food and drink from environmental, cultural, and economic perspectives and discuss a wide range of topics from the origins of cooking to the spread of coffee to modern fast food.
