PSYC 218 - Social Psychology This course may also count for the major in (consult the program or department major requirements) : Law and Society Semester Offered: Second Semester Credits (Range): 3 hours Attribute: 3SS This course surveys major theories and research traditions in social psychology. Topics covered will include: interpersonal attraction, stereotyping, prejudice, discrimination, and helping behavior. Assignments are designed to encourage students to apply the ideas of social psychology to their own and others’ behavior. Research methodologies in social psychology will also be covered. Enrollment Limit: 50 Instructor: C. Frantz Prerequisites & Notes Prerequisite: PSYC 100.
