SOCI 130 - Introduction to Sociology: Social Problems Semester Offered: Second Semester Credits (Range): 3 Hours Attribute: 3SS This course is an introduction to the basic concepts, theoretical perspectives, and social themes in contemporary sociology. Topics of discussion and research include stratification, ascriptive processes and the social construction of public problems.
