This seminar introduces non-market valuation methods used to value public goods and services which are not or cannot be correctly priced by markets. These methods are used to inform the allocation of resources to environmental services and for cost/benefit analysis of environmental projects, pollution or regulations. Students will apply techniques including hedonic models, recreation demand models and other contingent valuation methods. Enrollment Limit: 10 Instructor: S.
