JAZZ 130 - Basic Arranging/Composition Techniques Semester Offered: First Semester Credits (Range): 2 Hours Designed to develop writing and arranging skills for various instrumental/vocal combinations. The course will include block-chord part writing, voicings, transpositions and instrument ranges, and instruction in music notation software such as Finale and Sibelius.
