This is an introductory floor hockey course which will cover the basic fundamentals of floor hockey such as stick handling, passing, shooting, as well as more advanced concepts such as face-offs, offensive, and defensive tactics. The emphasis will be on learning the rules of floor hockey, practicing the various skills - through drills, games, and tournaments - and having fun.
