This course constitutes an extension to ‘Historical Performance in Context’ (HPRF 111, 112, 113, 114), which is to be taken concurrently. Students will undertake one or two independent research projects relating to the performance practice of national repertoires, to be designed in collaboration with their applied teacher. Two (2) hours of HPRF 521 will be required of each Historical Performance graduate student. Enrollment Limit: 30 Instructor: D.
