Exploring personal wellness emphasizes the importance of knowledge, attitudes and practices related to personal wellness. Students will explore a broad range of issues, information and resources related to aspects of wellness, including but not limited to - nutrition, physical fitness, stress management, mental/emotional well-being, substance use and abuse, sexual health and sexualized violence. Emphasis will be on learning behaviors that promote wellness and developing an individual wellness portfolio. Enrollment Limit: 20 Instructor: L. Morgan Flood
